Places tell stories of how bodies are considered. The workspace, as a space for the representation of bodies, is often the witness, the result of the norms and assumptions of able-bodies people. They influence the design of the workplace, and ignore and invisibilize the needs and abilities of people with disabilities.

The question of subalternity is tackled through a narrative of work tools, testimonies and a setting in situation. By interviewing people with disabilities, the realities of their working situation are reviewed. What defines their workplaces?
